Roy Beck is the Founder of NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and lobbying in the United States Congress for lower levels of immigration. The foundation’s mission is to offer free quality education & research materials, financial support, and community services to Americans who might otherwise not be able to achieve economic stability.
Many of its members are not only struggling with their own finances but also helping to take care of family, friends, and neighbors. In other words, most of its members would likely have never achieved economic stability without NumbersUSA. It is one of the leading organizations in the United States that addresses the subject of illegal immigration and is credited with having helped cause an eight-year drop in illegal aliens across America.

Born in 1953, Roy Beck was raised in a financially stable home where he was encouraged to pursue his education. After attending the University of Washington, where he graduated with a B.A. degree in Political Science and an emphasis on international relations, he obtained his M.A. degree in political science from Claremont Graduate University, specializing in American economic growth and European history.

Roy Beck has been involved in many nonprofit organizations, including the American Immigration Control Foundation, which has since become the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). He also served as an advisor to Dr. Virginia Abernathy who founded the Washington Office on Latin America in order to support democratic movements throughout Latin America. During his time with FOIL Beck was able to use his knowledge of political science and economics to assist Abernathy in shaping foreign policy towards Latin America.
