This strategic move comes as Seth Richards and Todd Vore, the company’s current
CEO and President, respectively, transition out of their roles. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation, having previously served as the
President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His extensive background
includes leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, and he began his career at Procter
& Gamble. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate
degree from Cornell, Michael Polk is well-equipped to steer Implus into its next growth phase.
