A leading French institutional asset manager, Natixis Asset Management FRANCE S.A., has appointed John Hailer as its new Chief Executive Officer.

John holds an MBA from LBS and a degree in Finance from the University of Washington, where he also completed a Masters’s degree in Finance. He is currently a member of the Boards of Directors for Voya Financial Inc., Shake Shack Inc., and Secure Comparison Ltd., as well as Senior Advisor to PIMCO, the world’s largest bond investor.

Philanthropy

Exec at Natixis John Hailer is a significant contributor to philanthropy and has supported numerous worthy causes through his extensive community involvement.

He is a member of the Board of Directors for The Boys & Girls Clubs Foundation and former Chair of the board and Executive Committee. He is also on the Boards of ReFund America and The Seattle Symphony Association, in addition to being a past Chairman of MedStar Health/Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., an institution he helped found.

Career

John Hailer has worked at Natixis I.M. since 2011 as Head of Corporate Banking in France, then as CEO of North America, and finally as Head of Fixed Income. From 2004 to 2010, he was a partner at J.P. Morgan in New York, focusing on corporate finance and capital market regulation.

Since he joined Natixis, John has developed a strong track record in capital markets and corporate finance. He has also started a social engagement program that sees him travel the world for its projects.
