HealthKeeperz provides hospice care and services that combine state-of-the-art medical care with emotional and spiritual support for the client and the family. This service aims to offer a unique quality of life in which clients can maintain the quality of their current lifestyle and health while still having access to support for the emotional needs that often arise when living with a terminal diagnosis.
1. History
HealthKeeperz was established in 2000 as a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing home-based medical care, equipment, and services to people who are homebound or have disabilities. In 2010, HealthKeeperz opened its first of four branches in Ohio. The purpose of opening this branch was to increase service in surrounding counties and give more people access to better healthcare.
