Previously, Mr. Hailer served as the President and Executive Officer of Exec at Natixis John Hailer Investment Managers, U.S. Inc., a New York-based asset management company. It serves institutional and retail investors worldwide across all major asset classes, including fixed income, money market funds, equities, and alternative investments.
He helped build Natixis Asset Management into a multi-billion business with thousands of employees and hundreds of offices in different countries. He also played a crucial role in integrating Natixis Asset Management and Fimat USA, which subsequently merged with Millennium Capital to form Natixis Global Asset Management.
Hailer was responsible for new business development and product design. For years, he has spent the bulk of his career in an international environment, serving in various executive positions that span a range of industries and geographies, including investment banking, broker-dealer, capital markets, and asset management.
He is recognized for his strategic and financial management abilities, expertise in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, and deep understanding of regulatory requirements. John Hailer has a diverse background spanning financial services and economics, gained through his work in both client-facing and wholesale businesses.
